WHAT ABOUT SPECIALISED TEXTS?

Upon acceptance of each new project, we select the best translator for that specific job, keeping in mind the subject matter and any further specifications.

HOW DO I SEND YOU MY DOCUMENTS?

Email is the preferred method, but you can also send us a copy via WhatsApp or text.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DOCUMENTATION ONCE IT IS SENT?

The document will be forwarded, with client-specific instructions, to a team member for translation. Upon completion, and in accordance with ISO standards, it will be quality-checked by an independent translator before approving the translation for sending back to the client.

IS QUALITY OF TRANSLATION ENSURED?

Yes, quality is ensured. We aim to recruit only the best translators, i.e. those who are fully bilingual and experts in the field of interest. Every translation is checked independently by a second translator. If any disagreements arise in a translation that requires special accuracy, we may request the services of a third translator to resolve the issue. Our recruitment policy and these protocols ensure a consistently high-quality service.

I NEED A TRANSLATION FOR IMMIGRATION, REFUGEES AND CITIZENSHIP CANADA. CAN YOU HELP ME?

Yes. We can gladly provide you with a translation valid for any sort of immigration needs with the Canadian government.

WHAT DOES A TRANSLATION COST?

In short: it depends. Pricing varies depending on the language needed, amount of text and delivery date. Make sure to get in touch for a free quote.

IS CONFIDENTIALITY ENSURED?

Yes. All Idiomatic employees and translators must sign a Confidentiality Statement and we follow strict Data Protection Law standards.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

We aim to return documents as soon as possible, and within what is reasonable. In general, we agree a feasible deadline with the client when the job is requested, according to client-specific requirements. We always deliver the completed translations on time, as agreed in advance.

I NEED MY TRANSLATION URGENTLY. WHAT DO I DO?

Some things really can't wait. If you need something urgently, contact us as soon as possible, and we will make arrangements to comply with your deadline whenever possible.

HOW DO I PAY?

We take payments via check, PayPal, card, Google Payments and bank transfer. If paying with Google Payments or bank transfer, we offer a 2% discount on the total price of the translation.
